Refund & Cancellation Policy
Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by TwalkOn, Inc. ("TwalkOn") in the United States. By purchasing or using TwalkOn services, you agree to the terms below.
Bookable Expert Sessions
User Cancellations
- If you cancel a booked expert session more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or if you do not attend the session (a no-show), no refund will be issued.
Expert Cancellations
- If an expert cancels a session for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Monthly Subscription Payments
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing month.
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
- Partial refunds are not provided for unused time within a billing month.
Refund Processing
- All payments are processed through Stripe.
- Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- When a refund is issued, you will receive the full amount you paid for the service.
- Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are not returned to TwalkOn and are absorbed by TwalkOn.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Policy Updates
TwalkOn may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply only to purchases made after the updated policy is posted.
